Knitting plays a key role in the manufacturing process. State of the art knitting machines like Mayer & Cie, Pauilung imported from Germany and Taiwan. The following fabrics are produced in our knitting unit... Single Jersey, lycra jersey, interlock, fleece, terry.
Our advanced fabric dyeing division uses modern soft-flow dyeing machines that maintain colour fastness and shade consistency. Machines are from Brazzoli (Italy). It is supported by a latest technology effuluent treatment plant to ensures a cleaner environment.

Sampling – the important process stays strong among our core strengths. In the first phase, the design idea is developed and an analysis is done by the sampling and development teams. Sets of design samples are created and then co-ordinated with clients to plan and develop them. sampe section make 1000 styles in each season.
The fabric as received from the processing is kept in the quarantine area before storing in heavy duty fabric storage racks. It is the responsibility of fabric stores in-charge to store the fabric safely & correctly.
Embroidery works are being carried out by using 12*20 head BARUDAN - JAPAN Embroidery machines with capacity of 3000 pcs per day.
The printing factory is capable of handling exclusive and innovative designs with multi colour placement print machines. Total capacity is around 4000 prints per day.
Modernized sewing machines with the latest features have been imported and being used for our production process. There are 80 sewing machines now in use.
Various types of washing facilities are used to remove hairiness and make the fabrics feel soft, neat and spotless. Washes like Bio wash, Enzyme wash, Silicon wash, Vintage wash, Stonewash, Cold pigment wash, Silicon crinkle effect and destroyed wash are used. To dry the washed fabrics, we use tubular drying and natural drying facilities.
The manufactured garments are checked by our skilled workers. They make sure the quality of the garments is satisfactory and meets the international standards.
The verified garments are steam- ironed to make them wrinkle-free and attractive.
The packing unit takes care of the packing process. Here garments are neatly packed with utmost care. Once the packaging is done, the garments are sorted out for shipping.
